Trying to export certificates and it appears the Client certificate (Current User) does not exist

I'm going through the document on exporting certificates for backup and it appears that this one does not exist.  What do I do? Version - Qlik Sense Enterprise May 2021.

Notes:

1. Confirm you are log onto the server as the service account.
2. If still no certifcates , you want to ecreate the certifcates. ( I would open a service request with support at this point)
