Not able to create app after fresh installation QLiksense feb 2024 on windows 2022

Dear All.

I have recently completed a fresh installation of Qlik Feb 2024 on Windows 2024. While I am able to open existing applications, I am getting issue where attempting to access the data manager or script results in an 'Unknown Error.'

Also, I am unable to create new applications.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.?
