License issue

Hi,

This is our first Qlik Sense server installation and we are having an issue.

We are supposed to have the right number of token but when we connect to our server, the following message appears.

Which means: "An error has occurred. You can't access to Qlik Sense, because you have no access title".

We receive multiple licence keys from Qlik support but still facing the same issue.

I'll appreciate any help.

KR,

Philippe

Did you allocated that licenses to the users?

Hi,

in fact, the allocat button is inactive.

We are using an OEM licence based on cores and not on user token.

This must be a licence issue, don't you think so?

If you're using the QAP, you're on a Core base licensing and not token based. But you have allocated at lease one tocken (as per your image). This happen when you first license the Qlik Sense as Tocken base and then you move it to core based. Did you do that?

Exactely: the first license unfortunately contains a token.

And now our installation seems to be corrupted.

Is there a way to correct it ?

Vincenzo_Esposito

No just simply you can't access to the HUB with the QAP. The only way to consume the app is using the Mashup. The is the way the QAP works

Hi all,

Sorry for the late reply.

The issue has been solved.

It was a license generation problem on OEM Platform.

Hope this helps,

KR,

Philippe
