License Key not shown in List of Licenses

Hello,

I have a License Key that does not show up in https://support.qlik.com/QS_LicenseListPage. It is a valid license that is in use right now so I see no reason why it is not shown for the appropriate account. Right now I cannot request the appropriate Control Number so my Qlik Web Connectors cannot run. Why is this valid License not shown?

As @Daniele_Purrone  said, the faster way to have this resolved and into the right direction is opening a chat with us.

Inca se you wonder, the chat is the blue help bubble at the bottom right corner of every Support Page on Qlik Community.
