Is there any possibility to reduce a shared file?

In our case the shared file has the size of 53G

Can these directories or files be deleted to increase space?

In this directory Qlik Sense stores apps, static content,  archived logs etc. Don't delete it. But you can delete unused apps.

In your picture;
D:\Qlik\QlikShare\ArchivedLogs\ in this location are many *.log files.
If your server has been running for a long time it is safe to delete older *.log files in here.

In the Qlik Management Console, go to the Apps section.
There you can see all Qlik applications in the system.
Identify what they are by looking at columns Name, Owner, Published, Stream, File size (MB) & Last Modified
If you find apps here that are not published and belong to inactive users you can delete them.
Other applications that you find are not used can be deleted.
That will reduce the size of D:\Qlik\QlikShare\Apps\
Do NOT delete files directly in D:\Qlik\QlikShare\Apps\, only through the QMC.

You can safely delete older files under ArchivedLogs.
But the rest of it you should most certainly not delete in the file system.
Use the QMC Apps section to identify old unused applications and delete them that way.
