Impssible to go trough [INFO] Entering main startup phase.." while changing Hostname of the Computer

We use a Qlik server with singlemode environnement.

We need to migrate the Virtual machine to another.
We encounter a problem when starting the Command:
"C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Repository.exe" -bootstrap -restorehostname -standalone

Impssible to go trough [INFO] Entering main startup phase.."

We tried with The dispatcher service started, unstarted.

What could we do ?
