While reload data on Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows before of 45 min pop the message Hub Error: Connection to Qlik Sense engine failed for unspecified reasons".
i maked this:
- Verify the White list on Virtual proxy
- Check Extended Security Environment
- Make the Websocket Connectivity Tester
- Setup WebSocketPingInterval on C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Proxy\Proxy.exe.config
- Search with http://localhost/hub (not have SSL certificate)

@FelipeRios23 Make sure you have Load balancing correctly designed and check if that service is part of Engine.
Best approach for this checking via server URL and not FQDN.
