For over 7 years, Nicole has been involved in the Technology sector. As a software developer at Datalogic Software Nicole gained experience with application design, UI/UX, DevOps practices, user accessibility, user support and database management. As lead software developer, Nicole was responsible for multiple projects submitted to the state of Texas. Nicole also spent time as a Freelance Transcriptionist.
Nicole will be focused on Community Analytics and Reporting and Community Survey Data. Nicole will dive into source data of Community and will assume responsibility for user feedback; allowing us greater opportunity to listen and optimize the customer and community experience.
Nicole is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas.
Nicole lives close to the Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico border and is bilingual / fluent in Spanish.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys multiple hobbies including reading, camping, weight training, and jogging. Currently, she is reading How I Killed Pluto and Why It Had It Coming by Michael E. Brown and always welcomes suggestions for new books to read. When she's not pumping iron or jogging a marathon (she has jogged a full 26.2 miles), she appreciates time watching movies or TV alongside her family and feline companion, Mr. Balls McGee. She regularly strives to learn new skills and gain new experiences through hobbies.
