why do i have a table that i did not generate called $Syn 1 Table? how can i get rid of it?

when i load my data i get the following: "1 synthetic key"

 

greetings.. 

 

the data for one reason is not loading how i wanted to

It means you have more than one common column between tables. You can rename or comment any one of the field  or if you need join based on both fields make it as a single composite key.

You didn't share any examples regarding your question, which makes it difficult to interpret the case. Regarding the synthetic key, see this qlik help documentation with the explanation:
