The File > Export > Export Document Layout option is grayed out in QlikView

I there a setting which can cause that? I other applications it works fine.

It might be related to the document properties in tab security - you may just compare both applications.

Beside this it's in each case related to the licence and/or in regard to the licence of the user who created the application. For example this feature isn't available within the personal edition of QlikView.
