Scatter Plot with movement

Has anybody seen a visualization such as this before and if so where I could get it? Basically a scatter chart with movement.

This is available in QlikView, I believe - see below. I don't remember seeing a similar option in Qlik Sense, other than using an Animator to animate the chart (which I personally am not a fan of).
