QRS Task Issue

Hi Team,

I am trying to fetch qlik sense task related data using below API,

qrs/reload task/full

I am able to fetch data but not all data gets reload into application,

I am not filtering any data in query, not sure where is data gets filter.

Can someone please possible to help if there is any limitation to reload data with this API
