today i need some help from our community experts!
The Execute Statement is used to run other programs while QlikSense il loading data. For example, to meke conversions that are neccessary.
This statement is not supported in standard mode so, if i want to use Execute statement i have to change the Settings.ini file under C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Engine\ by adding the OverrideScriptSecurity=1 record.
Note that If i set OverrideScriptSecurity to enable Execute, any user can execute files on the server. For example, a user can attach an executable file to an app, and then execute the file in the data load script.
In your experience, is this a real problem ?
Do you have any suggestion ? Experiences to share ?
I would use Execute Statement to move one .csv file when the reload of one app is finish.
