Hi,
I am able to send invitation to new members, to add them to a workstream within Qlik Sense Cloud Business. They emails is received ok, but even though it is specified that they should click on it, there is no link or URL to allow them to complete their account setup.
There are links provided to the email address and the Qlik website, but nothing specific to the account, so it can't be activated.
I can't use the 'reset password' option either, I assume also because it's not activated. I have tried inviting accounts both within and external to the company, with the same result.
I have raise a support case but am still awaiting this being picked-up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
