KPI hide for specific users

Hello community,

I have a question regarding the Section Access. I am not so experienced in this area yet maybe someone can support me here.

As an example, I have prepared a simulated Excel table where we define the Access.

I am now surprised that the users Admin and the TestUserA can see the following KPIS. But the user PersonA cannot see the KPIS. All users look at the same app in the stream.

Admin and TestUserA:

Compared to PersonA:

I'm also not really sure if the problem is with the Section Access or with the Securty rules.

Best regards

Does your Section Access table have another column next to PMLVLSECTION that we don't see in your screenshot? It seems like PersonA doesn't have access to some data.

can you paste your section access script?

EDITED: Section access script should be in Upper case  🙂
