Issue with Date Format

The date field in Excel displays a timestamp when it is extracted, but the Qlik Sense app displays the date format (DD-MMM-YYYY)

Use this to display the format according to your requirement. 

if your date format is 20231201 and you want to show in 01/12/2023. 

Use this

Date(Date#(PostingDate,'YYYYMMDD'),'DD/MM/YYYY') As PostingDate.

However, I'm curious as to why the timestamp is not visible in Qliksense app although it is visible when we extract the same column in Excel.
