Extensión Table Box en Qlik CLoud

Buen día, 

Estoy utilizando una extensión llamada Table Box,  pero tengo 3 problemas, al momento de descargar el reporte a excel desde la opción de la extensión, me mantiene el formato de la tabla, pero los caracteres especiales(ejm ó) no me están apareciendo correctamente en formato excel. 

La última fila de la tabla se me está duplicando, me aparece 2 o 3 veces.

Hay alguna manera de que el botón exportar me aparezca en otro lugar, al estar arriba me genera un espacio en blanco en la tabla y al inmovilizar el encabezado se miran las filas en la parte superior.

Por favor, alguien sabe la forma que puedo solucionar esto. Esstoy trabajando en Qlik Cloud

I am using an extension called Table Box, but I have 3 problems, when I download the report to excel from the extension option, it keeps the table format, but the special characters (eg or) are not appearing correctly in excel format.

The last row of the table is being duplicated, it appears 2 or 3 times.

Is there a way for the export button to appear in another place, when it is on top it generates a blank space in the table and when I freeze the header, the rows at the top are seen.

Please does anyone know how I can fix this? I'm working on Qlik Cloud

The export button is a custom button/option that is integrated into the extension itself.

2) The last row of the table is being duplicated, it appears 2 or 3 times..?
can you tell me how many lines of rows are getting populated in the table extension, so I can suggest for the same

3) when I download the report to excel from the extension option, it keeps the table format, but the special characters (eg ó) are not appearing correctly in excel format..?I personally haven't looked into it can you share a sample data so I can test the same
