I have a doubt regarding creating filter conditions for a column, in the attached image I have used two filter condition, I'm having a requirement were I want to use more number of filters that maybe in thousands(using python API QEM) , is it possible or can I know whats the maximum number of filters I can use.

Hi.

I'm hoping someone can suggest what may be going wrong with our Qlikview QMC tasks.

Back in March, we noticed that the tasks to reload our QVWs started to fail from time-to-time. The only change to anything prior to these failures was the databases were moved to a new server. The ODBC connections were changed (and successfully tested).

The tasks always fail with a Timeout error. Mostly on trying to save the qvw. The reloads are like this:

1. Reloads a qvw in a production processing folder.

2. Does a binary load of the qvws which are accessed on AccessPoint by the users.

No user has direct access to any of the qvws (so no locking issues that I can find). We have NPrinting, but the tasks run overnight and the issues we're experiencing with the QMC Tasks occur at all different times of the day.

Reloading the qvws manually on the server works every time. The qvws take around 6 minutes to load, the binary load is just seconds.

The CPU on the server gradually gets to 100% (the Qlikview Distribution Service is the culprit here - with sometimes 7 or 8 open when I look at Task Manager). I usually have no success trying to stop or restart the service at this point and usually end up rebooting the server.

The version is Qlikview 2018

There are 2 servers in a cluster

The qvw files are on a mapped drive held on a different server

Operating System: Windows Server 2019 Standard

Server1 has 11 CPUs

Server 2 has 7 CPUs

Reloads are limited to 4 at a time

I've tried several things:

1. Changed the timeout limit to 1 hour (it was on 6 hours)

2. Changed the reload tasks to load every 2 hours (it was 30 mins)

3. Tested that the qv admin account has access to all relevant folders

4. Ensured that the Section Access includes the qv admin account

5. Added a wait after the main qvw reaload (30 seconds) on the offchance that this may help before the binary load is started.

The main problem is that this seems to be sporadic. A qvw will load fine all day and then fail several times (sometimes concurrently, other times it will run, fail, run, fail etc).

This is a sample of the log of one of the binary loads which failed earlier today (I removed the middle part of the log to just include the start and end parts). If anyone can suggest things to try, I would appreciate some help.

Hello, i need help please : 

i have the following data : 

FOr exemple, i passed a command with mov_reference 76840059, that generated me a ORD_Number 5102742773. 

Later on, i had a problem with my command (76840059). i created 3 new lines (76840059006_0393, 76840059007_0393, 76840059002_0393) that represents the Mov_Reference of each problem i had. By Default, there is no ORD_Number Attached to theses lines. 

Also note that the first 8 caracters of these 3 lines represents the initial mov_reference 76840059.

Note that this is just an example, i have many commands in my data source

In qlik, i want a code that will help me replace the empty values or null values in ORD_Number by that of the original MOV_Reference, for each MOV_Reference

I have setup a Full Load Completed notification rule and it works fine for when we do a full reload of the entire task.  However, when just reloading individual tables in the task - no email generates.  Is this by design?  We would like it to notify anytime a full load completes on the table-level and the task level.

So I loaded this table, and then created a dimension : =Aggr(rank([Date]),ID, [Date])
I have now the table below : 

But when I try to do a sankey chart with : 
First dimension : Product1 =if(Aggr(rank([Date]),ID, [Date])=1,Product)
Second dimension : Product2 =if(Aggr(rank([Date]),ID, [Date])=2,Product)

My problem is : The Product1 and the Product2 are not linked 
I think that if I load this dimension in the script : Aggr(rank([Date]),ID, [Date])
it will be linked, but the function doesn't work in the script 😞

I am trying to set up oAuth M2M impersonation and have set up the client in Qlik.
Trying out this example with this body:

Since I don't have any users except tenant admins the error seems correct.

My question now is how do I create the user on the Qlik side that I want to impersonate? 
I don't want to send an email to someone inviting them and I don't want to set up a full IDP described here.
