Hello all,

Qlikview 11 has been installed in our server instead of Qlikview 10.

After the installtion, all the services seem to be ok :

However, when when I try to go on the accesspoint, I have the following message :

Have you got any idea of this problem ?

Thanks for your help,

Best regards,

Jaymerry

I had the same issue and resolved it through a slightly different way. Actually we had change the account password that was used during the QV server installation. We had to update the password in the IIS application pool. I am attaching the screenshot for the reference.

Thank you,

Sohail

Hi,

That would cause the issue because the app pool would not start.

Hi,

Normally, when you see this it is an authorization issue. IE will pass the UserID\password if the server is part of Trusted Sites.

My problem was solved by adding qlikview access-point to the trusted website in IE.

Hello all,

I have the same problem of "loading content" when i opened the Access Point. (it takes 5-10 sec. to show the list)

I have another problem of "loading" when i open a model in the Access Point. (it takes 10-15 sec to opened)

Few Details of my server:

Software: Server 2012 R2 Standard,

              IIS Server 8 ,

              Qlikview Server 11.2 SR10 ,

              Publisher.

Hardware: CPU: 2 socket 20 cores = logical processors 40 - max speed 3.00 GHz

               memory; 320 GB

Server name: QLIKVIEW-BI - i saw a thread about this... it is really meters?

I have in my server 380 different models.

I made all the steps,

Does any one know if there is a parameter in windows or in qlikview that give more resources to this function?

I appreciate your help.

Ariel

Hi Bill,

We have tried below command

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

after running this command we are getting message as "This option is not supported on the operating system"

We are using Windows Server 2012 R2 with IIS 8.

QlikView 11 SR12

Kindly find attached screenshot for the same

(We are facing this 'Loading Content' issue on Public IP. We have already tried almost all solutions given in this thread, but were unable to resolve the issue.)

Is there any other way to resolve this..?

Regards,

Mithilesh
