Hello how can i load the date of my field as "year-month"? It's know "day-month-year"

I used this in the script and it returns again 0

STARTDATUM = Date(Date#(STARTDATUM,'D-M-YYYY'),'YYYY-M'),

Check file attached.  The same expression works for me.  Can you attach sample file you are working.
