Selection box doesn't fully clear in IE browser

I'm new to Qlikview so please humour me for any silly questions I may inadvertantly ask!

A dashboard we have developed works fine apart from selection clearance in IE.

When we use the    I<   button on the toolbar, graphs and tables reset fully but the selection criteria remains visible in the selection panel

When we use the rubbers within the selection panel we can clear all but one selection. Again the graphs etc clear fine.

If we then make a new selection, the selection that wouldn't previously clear from the selection pane, disappears and is replaced by the new selection.

We don't experience this problem in QlikView....only in the browser.

Our corporate browser is currently IE7

Anyone got any ideas about this or have had same issue?

Advice would be much appreciated

Hi Rob,

Does it happen in all computers or just in some of them? Do you have the proper .NET Framework version installed (3.5 up to 10 SR3 build 9061, 4.0 Extended for 10 SR4 and 11). And just out of curiosity, did you try using an IE 8 or higher just to make sure that the problem is in the plugin and not some macro code (for example) in the document?
