if statement equal to several values

Hi Community,  If we have an if statement like

if(el1='9000',dog='red') how do I add another value to what dog is equal to?

To evaluate 2 or more conditions:

If(eI1='9000' and dog='red', dog='blue')

To anidate conditions:

If(eI1='9000', dog='red', If(dog='blue', eI1='5000', 0))
