Qlik View 11 Beta exam certification results

Hi Guys,

            I have given the Beta Exam for QV 11 on december but I am still waitning for the result.

            Could anybody let me know when will the results be announced and how can we check it out.

Tom, it wasn't that easy even that I know QV since 2006. Also, it was the expectation that we should give some comments on the questions. There are still some corners I've been usually not around..

But, with some logic you could exclude sensless options in some answers...

Yes, I will agree on that part that Exam was quite good, it really tested Qlikview knowledge.Feel good that I passed.

I am sure that I put wrong answers in atleast 4-5 questions (may be more) which I realised later.

Also, in my case, questions started with lengthier questions 1st, So, at start I felt like I may not even be able to attempt all the questions then I hurried and at last I finished exam while almost 50 minutes in hand and I had started 15 minutes late. I submitted my exam almost 30 minutes earlier, had to go to a client.

But yes, In that hurry, I missed to provide feedbacks for questions and I feel sorry for that.

Hi, the only information provided in the History section is the status pass or fail. I'd like to see the detailed results, is there an option at the website where I can find it?

I don’t think you can get any information back unfortunately!

I’ve contact my training contact at QlikTech and they said to contact PeasonVue.

So I contact PeasonVue and they say

“Go into your account to see the result of your exam.

These computer based exams only will give you a pass or fail.

We have no access to the content of your exam.

It might be a good idea to contact QlikView 11 to find out more about this exams.”

Whilst I think it’s a good idea hosting the exam with PeasonVue, how are we supposed to know what we got wrong if you only get a ‘fail’ result? Especially if you need to re-take the exam at cost.

So, do we not get any further information from the beta exam?

No score value, no certification paper, no email, no "thank you",

          JUST NOTHING ??

If I would knew this before... What a senseless activitiy.

In a few days QlikTech will launch the CertTracker (if they keep their word for once). An application where you can download your certificate, logos and other stuff.

I'm sharing your feeling! I expected at least a simple mail that the results where available on the Pearson Vue website.

@QlikTech:

If we would work in our projects as you do in this "project" Beta-Certification, we would have real problems with our customers! So come on, this isn't rocket science.

Be glad that you can at least access your account and download your certificate! I started with a new company on Feb 1 and QT didn't manage to switch my old account over to my new employer. Told me to create a new account, so all my contacts, messages & training history is gone. I hope they'll at least manage to assign the Beta Test result to my new account, or I'm going to run amok...
