Monitoring a web QV document

Hi,

I've published a QV document on the QV web server and I need to monitor his behaviour. Is there any log that I can see?

Thanks

Hi Erich,

I'm using a VBScript macro to reload data. I can use this macro with IE plugin. But, in general, I want to know how monitoring a web document execution.

Thanks

Did you call the reload on the server to generate the log of reload task there?

I press on the button to reload on a sheet of my web document.

But this is a specific issue. In general, I'd like to know how monitoring a web QV document.

Thanks

Thanks Clever.

It seems that the qv monitors the performance statistics. I think to have a log register to captur run-time error.

However, in the script I see these variables:

LET QVPRpath   = 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Publisher\CommandCenter\QVPR';

//LET QVPLogPath = 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Publisher\Qlikview Distribution Service';

LET QVPLogPath = 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\DistributionService';

LET QVSLogPath = 'C:\Documents and Settings\qlikview\Desktop\Logs';

LET metaPath='D:\Qlikview\QVD\MONITOR';

LET devmetaPath='D:\Qlikview\QVD\MONITOR';

Why there are two QVPLogPath assignments?

but on my server with Windows Server 2008 I have another folder structure in attachQV Server.JPG

Moreover, I have the version 10 and not 9.

Thanks

There´s no version 10 of this app, yet.

Just set the variables according your app.

Hi,

I'm sorry it seems that they removed the post and put it back here.

Your files were developed for version 9 (but I was using at least the server performance for v10).

This is the v10 file (attached)

Next time someone asks it I will post the file and the link...
