Hello all,

Qlikview 11 has been installed in our server instead of Qlikview 10.

After the installtion, all the services seem to be ok :

However, when when I try to go on the accesspoint, I have the following message :

Have you got any idea of this problem ?

Thanks for your help,

Best regards,

Jaymerry

Hi,

Yes. On local server we are able to access the access point and business users are able to access it on intranet, but we are facing issue while only using Public IP.

HI,

That would mean that the port 80 is not NATed to the web server.

Hi Bill,

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. NAT issue was resolved successfully.

Now we are able to see all the applications on access point after login, but when we click on any particular application it is showing just processing screen like 3 dots moving or Loading message as shown in attached screenshots.

How to overcome this new issue?

Regards,

Mithilesh

Hi,

The steps to resolve this on Windows 2012 are slightly different, if you are on this OS try these steps:

Open a Cmd shell from the Start menu and issue this statement:

Dism /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:IIS-ASPNET45

Open the IIS Management Console and select the Server

In Features View double click ISAPI and CGI Restrictions

Ensure that ASP.NET v4.xxx is set to Allowed

Also check that Windows Authentication is added in the Add Roles And Features, and that this is enabled in IIS.

Hope that helps,

Steve

Hi Jeremy,

This issue happens when you are not getting directed to the Authentication page and trying to use the cookie from the browser, if the App Pool is not set with the right .NET Version or the .Net Version is not Registered properly on the machine.

Please troubleshoot the issue as per the following site and can perform the workaround mentioned.
