Hi Dustin. Thanks for the article. I was able to get this up and running for Qlik Sense June 2018 Patch 1.
I thing i noticed is the logout button doesnt work in the hub. Can you please suggest what should be done.

Hi Ganapati,

I have seen this before, and it has always been due to Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) being enabled in your browser. Here is a site that can walk you through how to disable that:

Hi, thanks for your article. I've follow the steps and successfully setup the reverse proxy in IIS. 

However, do we must to set the URL Rewrite rule at server level in IIS? Because I want to set at Site level, but i getting an error.
