WebView Option not working ?

I have Internet Explorer 11 installed on my Office PC and the Operating System is Windows 7 - 32 Bit. The version of Qlik view installed is Desktop Personal Edition 11.20 Service Release 4 which was recently released.

When I am activating Web View option (Turning it ON), I am getting the Java Script Error "Your Browser does not support XmlDocument objects"

What is the root cause of this problem ? How it can be solved ?
