Which SR of 11.20 are you running?

Which IE version do you use?

SR1 and IE version is 11

IE 11 is not supported by SR1 unfortunately.

One of the problems is for instance scroll not working sometimes.

You need to upgrade your installation. SR8 is the latest.

I have a doubt

Now i had develeoped the dashboard using SR1 just by upgrading my desktop  version to SR8 would solve the problem?

we dont have any desktop license we have only server license.

how abt chrome?

No you have to upgrade your QlikView server version to SR8.

Don't know about chrome, try and see if it works.
