Is there a Command to know if the Access Point is working properly?

I have a problem in my company, sometimes Access Point do not work and i check the qlikview services and they are running but users cannot see the dashboard in the access point until I restart the qlikvies services.

How frequently does this occur?  It shouldn't be necessary, but a scheduled restart of the services - each night perhaps - may keep it behaving correctly.

Depending on the error you are getting a standard tool for checking whether websites are up ad behaving may suffice.  There is one called JMeter which has a lot of features and may be a bit overboard for what you are wanting.  I'm sure there are many other tools also.

Depending on where the error manifests itself (Access Point menu or in a Document itself) you may need to have a user account with a Doc CAL doing the test.
