I have been involved in SAP since 1999 as a Functional Analyst in primarily the MM, SD, and PM modules. I was introduced to the Gold Client product in 2007 from the customer side, and subsequently joined the team in 2008. I have deployed Gold Client at over 100 customers over the last 12+ years. I also manage the Gold Client configuration (data model) for the ECC, S4, CRM, SRM, and GTS systems as well as related iterations such as IS-Utilities and Vistex. I take a very active role in our team's effort to create and maintain user content in the form of user guides, use case documents, community topics, and digital content. I also collaborate with respective team members for on-going product enhancements, including the functional design and subsequent testing.
