NPrinting import tasks complete, but the users are not imported or the groups are incorrectly removed from the tasks they belong to.
The problem occurs only when Audit Trail is active and it can be random.
Resolution
Upgrade to NPrinting May 2023 SR4, or to NPrinting February 2024 SR1 or to higher releases.
It is possible to disable the Audit Trail to workaround the problem.
Cause
The problem is due to a defect. It has been resolved in NPrinting May 2023 SR4, NPrinting February 2024 SR1 and in higher releases.
