This article explains how to restore Data Connections for Monitor apps.
If the following default Data Connections have been deleted, the Monitoring apps will stop reloading:

monitor_apps_REST_appobject
monitor_apps_REST_event
monitor_apps_REST_license
monitor_apps_REST_license_analyzer
monitor_apps_REST_license_login
monitor_apps_REST_license_overview
monitor_apps_REST_license_professional
monitor_apps_REST_license_user
monitor_apps_REST_task
monitor_apps_REST_user_condensed
Environment
- All Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows
Resolution
- Locate the default monitoring apps (License\Operation Monitor apps in: C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\DefaultApps)
- Re-import the apps through the Qlik Sense Enterprise Management Console.
- Verify that the data connections have been re-inserted
- Update the UserID and password for each monitoring app connection
