I have a file contains

company    region           department     Level    time joined    last time

for each company,

1.we need to find the earliest time the employ joined(lets say it is 2000),

2.and then for all employee joined in 2000, if any employee had a global in region,  if there is not global, then find their regions by alpha. (this may change)

3, all 2000 region is global we'd need to search the lowest level  and if they same level, we'd look their last name, so we have one and only one name for each company.

how do i write the set analysis to find that employee?

Hi @alexpanjhc ,

As @vinieme12  suggested, kindly share some sample data for reference & testing. Also, I believe making such complex calculations on front end will hamper dashboard performance, I suggest you shift such calculations to load script & with a few simple Applymaps you should be able to flag the single employee as per your criteria. & then you just have to use that flag in the set analysis.
