Reload License Monitor Failed

This task has failed to load for a while and I have confirmed that the Username and Password on the connections is correct... please see the logs attached ... any help fixing this would be appreciated.

This error is mentioned in this article as well, is the user having rootadmin role whoever is running the script?

Are you sure you attached the right log, doesn't look like license monitor script log as per the post heading?

Adding root admin role for the Qlik service user is not necessary. This user normally does not need any additional Qlik roles.

Just add the rule mentioned in the post below, so that the Service user may read the License_* resource.
