How to restore App once deleted from QMC ?

Hi Expert, 

Please help me with below question !!

I got request to Remove almost 350 App from QMC Prod environment. 

Question : Can we restore app after delete it? In case we delete app that still be in use.

I am taking weekly backup postgreDB and is that possible to restore from here.

Or is there any process where we can take backup of all the App and as per requirement if we deleted any App we can restore from there  backup? 

I am using :
Qlik Sense Augest 2021
QlikSenseServer 14.28.3
