Changing Nprinting Email after instillation

Hello everyone, 

I have a question which can i Change Nprinting Email after instillation ? if Yes how ?

PS: i'm using May 2021

and if there's any documentation that would be useful please share it with me, thanks

Hello,

If you are talking about the login mail to Qlik NPrinting, then you can do so within the Users configuration:

1. Go to Admin > Users
2. Find the user where you want to change the email address for
3. On the right side there should be a gear icon
4. Click on the gear icon and select Edit
5. Where the email section is specified change the email address to any of your choice and click "Save"
6. Now when you will try to login again, you will have to specify the new email address and use the same password as you did during the installation.
7. NOTE: Be careful to setup the correct email, because if you forget the password you will have the option to send a reset link, but if you don't have access to the specified email, then you won't be able to reset your password.
