What's the best way of adding a VAR Column in a Pivot, knowing there is a Month/Quarter in the Columns

I need to add a variance column between 2023 and 2023, what's the best way of doing that

@giohb_ This is combination of Pick(Match()) with Island table can be done. Please share the sample file to test with.
