Date and time from TimeStamp

Hi,

How can return only the date from a Time Stamp field.

Time Stamp return: 1/1/2011 4.44 PM for example!

It will be great if i can have the time seperated as well.

Note that I am loading the data from QVD.

Month(timestamp(dateTimeOrigination/86400+makedate(1970,1,1)+interval#(-5,'h'))) As Month,

How can I get the month Nr.
