A very popular graphical representation concept in project scheduling comes to life in Qlikview.
Beside, Activity based start and duration time variation is possible via inputfields.
Hi sir , Nice work. especially on U.I.
it is possible to allow user to input the activity using QV instead of from script ?
Paul
Dear Paul,
Of course, indeed you can manipulate activity start and duration values from inputfields already rather than from script. Is that what you are asking?
Ismail
Oh sorry, you are asking entering activities themselves not their start, end values. I wasn't aware.
Basically, yes. if you enable dynamic data update,
you can write a simple macro that pushes insert/update/delete queries to populate Activity table from front-end.
Hi ismail , Not sure you can add my request into your sample Gannt chart code , so that it will be another break thru. as i am no good in programming.
