In Chart Properties, go to the Number tab. Select the field, select Money, and change the dollar sign under Format Pattern to whatever you want. I used Yen and it seemed to work fine.

Hi OneThreeFour,

Thanks for your help! But I still have some doubt on above solution provided. Let me know how you have put the Yen symbol in the format pattern. Did you selected the Yen symbol anywhere or did you typed it. If you have typed it let me know where you have typed it and if you have selected it let me know where you have selected it.

Waiting for you reply!

Hi Sunil,

When I followed the same steps in one of my other document it is not showing the Rupee Symbol. Please look into the screen shot for reference and have attached the same application in which I have tried.

Thanks and Regards,

I found this symbol . When I paste it in the number properties it appears as a square, but in the gui it appears to display fine.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with Rupees. :/

Hi OneThreeFour,

It's ok if it doesn't appear in the number properties. But I don't think it is appearing in the GUI either. Please check whether it is displaying in the above attached document GUI's.

Please let me know the outcome once you have done the same.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Sunil,

Just for your information! I managed to get the INR symbol with the help of QlikView support. Follow the below steps for the same.

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4

Just go to the tab Axes and change the font for the desired expression:
