Accesspoint showing white screen with the Qlikview menu bar but no sheets

Hi all,

           I am using Qlikview Server 9, and on one of my user's computer I installed the QV Plugin 9, while trying to open the Qlikview Document's through access point , it open's up the document but inside the IE explorer it shows the menu with Clear, Back & all the buttons but inside it shows a blank white screen. I right clicked on the menu bar & added the sheet menu also & it shows the list of sheet's in a dropdown also but even changing the sheet in the list doesn't changes the white screen. I have tried multiple time but only once it was able to open the document properly. Do anyone have faced such a problem? Please suggest something. Thanks in advance.

Amar,

Check to make sure you IE security settings are not too restrictive on ActiveX objects. I would also try reinstalling the Plugin since it might have become corrupted. If you're using IE6, you should upgrade to 7+.
